Network Reports and Dashboards

Customers using both CRM and Network can now access reports and dashboards to display insights on data change requests. These reports use Veeva fields and can be updated to include custom fields to meet business requirements. A set of out-of-the-box Network reports and dashboards are delivered as examples. These are intended to be used as starting points for creating reports relevant to the organization.

Report Name Description
Account Customer Master Status = Staging For customers who use create unverified, this report identifies records in a staging status. Records should only be in this state temporarily.
Address Customer Master Status = Staging This report identifies records in staging status. Records should only be in this state temporarily.

DCR Add Requests by Result

This report is a matrix displaying the number of Add Requests for Account by Record Type by the DCR result. This report helps users understand which record types have the most add requests.

A filter is added in the report customization where "Data Change Request:Record Type equals Account and Type equals New and Status equals Processed" to only display add requests for Accounts.

DCR Inbound Error Report This report displays the error messages of Inbound DCRs along with the count of DCRs with the error message sorted by Sent DateTime of the DCR in descending order. This report provides a view into understanding the most frequent DCR error messages and can be used as a monitoring tool to correct errored DCRs. A filter is added in the report customization where "Error is not blank and Status equals Pending" to only display the Inbound DCR Errors.

DCR Outbound Error Report

This report displays the error messages of Outbound DCRs along with the count of DCRs with the error message sorted by Sent DateTime of the DCR in descending order. This report provides a view into understanding the most frequent DCR error messages and can be used as a monitoring tool to correct errored DCRs.

A filter is added in the report customization where "Error is not blank and Status not equal to Pending" to only display the Outbound DCR Errors.

DCR Result by User This report is a matrix of processed DCRs by Result and by user. This report can be used to see the results of DCRs by Users to determine if particular users are having a high count of rejected DCRs. A filter is added in the report customization where "Status equals "Processed" to only display Processed DCRs in the report.

DCR Status by Month

This report is a matrix of all DCRs by Status and by the month they were created. This report can be used to see the total number of DCRs by status and to see if there are issues with DCRs not processing or not being sent to Network.

There are no filters on this report.

DCR Type by Month This report is a matrix showing the number of DCRs by object by type (new or edit) by month. This report is useful to understand which objects (Accounts, Addresses, Afilliations) have the highest number of DCRs and if there is a higher number of add requests vs. change requests. There are no filters on this report.
DCRs by Field and Month Matrix This report is a matrix of all the Edit DCRs by object and field by the month they were created. This report can be used to show where users are spending their time requesting edits to data on existing records. A filter is added in the report customization where "Data Change Request: Type equals Edit" to only display Edit DCRs in the report.

DCRs by Field and Result Matrix

This report is a matrix of all the Edit DCRs by object and field by result. This report can be used to show where users are spending their time requesting edits to data on existing records and the results of those requests.

A filter is added in the report customization where "Data Change Request: Type equals Edit" to only display Edit DCRs in the report.

DCRs by Profile and Month

This report is a matrix of the number of DCRs created by profile broken out by month. This report can be used to understand which profiles are most active with submitting DCRs.

A filter is added in the report customization where "Status equals Processed" to only show Processed DCRs in the report."

DCRs by User and Month This report is a matrix of the number of DCRs created by user broken out by month. This report is used to understand which users are most active with submitting DCRs. A filter is added in the report customization where "Status equals Processed" to only display Processed DCRs in the report.

DCRs Rejected with Reason

This report is a summary of Rejected DCRs grouped by their error messages. This report is used to understand the main reasons why DCRs are rejected.

A filter is added in the report customization where "Result equals Change Rejected" to only show Rejected DCRs in the report.

HCPs Added through NAS by Specialty This report shows the number of HCPs added through Network Account Search by Specialty. This report is useful to understand which specialties are being downloaded most often through Network Account Search. A filter is added in the report customization where "NAW Alignment is not blank and Account: Is Account is True" to display only Network accounts added through Network Account Search.

Net New Accounts Added through NAS

Summary report of net new accounts added through NAS. Determined by ATL and Account record created by Network Admin.

 

Dashboard Name Description
Network Dashboard – User Adoption or Network DCR Dashboard This dashboard graphically represents the different activities associated with how users enter data change requests in the system.
Network Dashboard – Operational or Network Issue Identification Dashboard This dashboard represents the status and health of DCR processing and is used as a tool to investigate potential issues with DCRs.

Using Network Reports and Dashboards

To access reports, select the Report tab. There is a folder for Network Dashboard and another folder for Network Reports. These folders contain the out-of-the-box reports. Select the report you want to view.
